What are we jimmy rigging together in our lives to make things work? I recently started working out with a trainer, and David has mentioned that I have been tucking my hips pretty intensely for years! I was doing that, so my lower back wouldn't hurt. Turns out that my tucking solved one problem but put the "stress" elsewhere. It got me thinking about how often we do this kind of thing in our own lives. Let me answer that ALOT! We adapt and adopt unhealthy ways of coping.
