“If you ask, “How authentic is XYZ company?” They're not going to know where to go with that. They're going to ramble. It's not going to give you any insights and it's not going to feel fun or joyous. But if you ask them on a scale of 1 to 10 and ask them for that number, they're never going to stop at the number. It forces them to pause and be able to articulate an answer in a way that they wouldn’t be able to do if you’d just ask them.”
