Whether you're a procrastinator or a precrastinator, it's important to note as both can impact our ability to move effectively towards are goals.
In this episode I'm sharing what a precrastinator is (I didn't realize there was a 'name' for it until researching for this podcast!), the various 'types' of procrastinators (depending on where you do your research there is a range from 3-6 -- I'm sharing 4), and tips for how to stop or reduce your procrastinating or precrastinating.
