In this episode I'm exploring three distinct interaction styles: Assertive, Compliant, and Withdrawn. These can also be referred to Hornevian Groups, named after the influential psychologist Karen Horney, that categorize the nine Enneagram Types. You'll learn the key characteristics of each style (and how it shows up in each Enneagram Type), how they influence communication and relationships, and how to work with them.

The youngest of six, Dr. Nicole Bradford grew up in a chaotic, abusive home environment and always felt "different." Despite her challenging upbringing, Nicole was the only one of her siblings to attend college and has had a remarkable career. She embraced being different by no longer focusing conforming and meeting external expectations, and instead focusing on her own.

She has held many different titles within the educational system, from teacher to principal and even a college dean, and today, Nicole has her own business supporting educators and administrators.
