Tony Robbins teaches how to change behavior. He teaches that there are 3 steps. The first one is to get enough leverage. That can be when the doctor says to you that you will die if you won't stop smoking, or your wife said that she will leave you if you won't stop drinking, or whatever bad will happen to you if you don't stop doing that behavior. Then the second step is to interrupt the pattern. When you catch yourself that you want to do that bad thing you must identify it and do something else. The first 7 tries are the hardest!!! The 3 step is to replace the bad behavior. It's hard just to stop smoking. Replace it with something else that is more healthy. This is the thing that we do in our mastermind and you are welcome to join
