A few days ago, a video of a Starbucks employee who got fired after 13 years went viral online. This 33-year-old man who worked at Starbucks for more than a decade got fired over a month-old violation. It led to a union (an entire Starbucks store) walkout and a viral video that garnered more than 21 million views on TikTok. 

As restaurant and business owners, what lessons could we learn from this unfortunate Starbucks worker story? Here are my three takeaways.
