A listener shares their story of breaking 3 months of No Contact to meet up with their ex. They thought they had healed and this would be a good idea but it was definitely not. Immediately after the meeting they felt as though they were back at day one. Duane talks about the dangers of breaking no contact and what it means when you have one of these setbacks. Duane then reads another comment where a person is struggling with the fact the ex has a new “man” and is “living the good life”.
