I constantly felt like a combination of ‘too much’ and ‘not enough’ at the same time. I was too loud, too quiet. Too ambitious, and not ambitious enough. 

When I started my business, that unfortunate pattern followed me like a shadow. Every bold step I took forward came with an immediate step back… just in case someone thought I was ‘too much’.
