As human beings we tend to gravitate towards what we're good at. The areas we're strong in, and the areas we feel comfortable and confident in. That's not a bad thing. Until it is. When does it become a problem? When we use it as a distraction to avoid facing other areas of our life that really need work. I've done this myself in the past. I've also worked with many business owners, or career-driven people, who were thriving in business but struggling personally. Or had neglected their health. Then one day they realise that it's all pointless if they have become distanced from the very people that matter most in their life. Or when their health starts to suffer and they get the rude awakening that wealth means very little without health. If this sounds familiar, give this week's episode of the podcast a listen.
