Oh, hello! BALL GAG is back after a two-week hiatus. Fresh from my sick bed and from vacation, I sit down this week to recount my trip to Mexico, ponder the active use of empathy, and delve deeper into "perfectionism." I highlight various observations during my travels, explain why judgment is not the worst thing in the world, and make progress in the deletion of certain anxieties.
