Richie "Boogeyman" Martinez is a black belt in Jiujitsu under the legend Eddie Bravo. He achieved his black belt in only 4 years of nogi training, which shows how much talent he has (combined with hard work). His work ethic is amazing balancing teaching at his academy (10th Planet SanDiego) and getting his body/technique ready for big competitions. He has competed in the Eddie Bravo Invitational three times and has done exceptionally well. He is also a pro MMA fighter having bouts in Titan FC with 3 submission wins coming from Japanese Necktie (a choking sub). He is also a world class b-boy who has competed in many different competitions along with his black belt brother, Geo Martinez.
