This week we're talking about booking systems vs. paper diaries, cancellation policies and how we enforce them, and whether or not we take deposits.  Millie gets confused about sausages, Amanda turns the tables on Sarah, and although Nicky is still obsessing about Stationary she persuades us all to give technology another chance when it comes to managing our appointments.
