All of us are on a journey, whether you taking your time or being active on your journey. We all have a brain, most of us have a free choice of what we do and how we use our thoughts, mind, soul and brain. When we are born we might have dominant left brain characteristics or a dominant right brain. When left-brained, under stress we might go really rigid and put everything in boxes to be able to function, when you are dominantly right-brained you get somehow airy-fairy and find it a challenge to stay focused.

Jose Toussaint is an Energetic Kinesiologist and BrainGym consultant. She meets clients at home and via Zoom for Kinesiology and teaches BrainGym and Muscle testing. Cognitive Sensory Learning & Living.  

She offers her clients mindful boot camp for 4 weeks. They meet twice a week on Zoom for 30 minutes and be accountable the rest of the other days. Quarterly offers of Feng Shui Vision Boards.
