It is very interesting to notice how many "I have to..."s we have in our life. Once we start to notice them, the more we notice them. The problem is, when we tell ourselves we have to do anything we end up feeling terrible and like we're being forced to do things we don't want to do. So whether it's things on your to-do list you have to do, work you have to do, bills you have to pay, or food you have to eat, this episode cleans up that thinking and introduces a different mindset that is much more useful.
