If you're on the path to healing, you know the feeling all-too-well. The constant ups and downs of the journey. Kat was approached by someone on her Instagram page about her healing journey and was asked to speak about it on the podcast. To which she said, hesitantly, sure! It's a vulnerable experience to let people into the worlds we keep close our hearts. The stories of the ways we've unlearned only to make room for more learning. The ways in which we've decided to take our power back and face the people and situations that "stole" our power in the first place. Kat talks about the last 10 years of her life and how she has risen from the ashes into who she is today, reciting stories and lessons she's learned. And comes to a massive realization that upon speaking from the heart about her healing journey, realizing that it has also been her healing journey. That the two are one-in-the-same.
