In this episode, we dive into a topic that many coaches and mentors rarely discuss openly: how to navigate the challenging task of firing a coaching client....ugh! While the primary goal of any coach is to empower and support their clients, sometimes the relationship becomes unsustainable or unproductive. Join us as we explore the signs that it may be time to let go of a coaching client and discuss the best practices for gracefully ending the coaching relationship.
In this episode, I make reference to an excerpt from a coaching contract template that demonstrates wording that covers termination:
Termination clause from contract (sample):
"Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time with _#__weeks written notice. Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship."
