Why do we struggle so deeply to stick to our routines and stay consistent with the systems we set to achieve our goals? At the core, it's because we lack self-respect. We don't believe we are truly worthy of achieving our goals, so we fail to be a parent to our wounded inner child. From subconscious programming and trauma we've acquired throughout our lives, we might fall victim to limiting beliefs that prey on our insecurities.

We're saying goodbye to this mentality in 2023, and we're staying dedicated, disciplined, consistent, and focused to bring our dreams into reality. In this episode, we chat all about steps you can take to let go of what's holding you back so you can embody your most delicious, spicy, hot girl self!
