Stacey Marie, is a social media manager + content creator. She is also my podcast producer and previously assisted me with my own socials.
In the last 18 months Stacey has gone from a 100% course and coaching business model to a service delivery business model.
Which is interesting in itself, as most people want to go the other way. But for her moving into service delivery gave her the capacity to focus on herself, her family and work to her energy in ways she hadn’t before.
AND as a bonus she is making more money in her business than ever before, but that’s not what she was chasing when she started.
It’s a really great unpack of how to know when things aren’t working and how to know WHEN to pivot and trust in the nudges the universe is telling you.
