I recently launched an unconventional business offer - one that was led by my human design (6/3 manifesting generator) and my intuition. It was different to anything else I'd seen in the online business world.

We all have gifts that come easier to us than others, these gifts make us stand out, have an impact on the people around us and effect change.

These gifts are things that come easier to us, but they may not necessarily be comfortable.

For example, I am really good at standing up and challenging the status quo, it comes easier to me than others, although it’s not always comfortable conversations.

But in using these gifts it’s where we truly stand in our power and show the world around us what are made of.

There was a moment earlier this year when I asked a pivotal question about what it was about my business that wasn’t bringing me joy.

The BIGGEST reason that you can get stuck when wanting to change your offers is that you feel that you need to completely start from scratch.

Burn it all to the ground and start again.

The thing is if you do that, then the natural fears of losing clients and income bubble to the surface.

It doesn’t have to be a burn it down approach! It can be done in smaller or incremental steps that allow you to do more of the work you love. All while retaining or increasing your clients and income.
