We all have gifts that come easier to us than others, these gifts make us stand out, have an impact on the people around us and effect change.

These gifts are things that come easier to us, but they may not necessarily be comfortable.

For example, I am really good at standing up and challenging the status quo, it comes easier to me than others, although it’s not always comfortable conversations.

But in using these gifts it’s where we truly stand in our power and show the world around us what are made of.
