Today I sit down with Kyle Herbers. He is remote coach/personal trainer and member of the MTN Tough crew. If I had to sum up this podcast in one word it's longevity, and Kyle conveys this in our conversation. Kyle share how fitness/weightlfting helped him through a very tough time in his life when he was young and how that has grown into a love of working to be his strongest and healthiest self for his family and for the things we love to do. We talk about training to enjoy the mountains and the outdoors, sharing it all with your family. We discuss the importance of cardio, especially being from flatland states to be successful in the mountains. Zone 2 cardio is key and we talk about the challenge of staying in zone and ultimately its benefits for your health.
