Happy Monday, Happy Moon Day . . .

Mondays are connected to the Moon and are the perfect day for contemplation, intention setting, and beginning the week with a slow and soft energy. 

To start the episode, I share some of my writing that will be a part of one of my Daily Readers that I plan to write and publish in the future.

As we think about trees & the power that we have, we begin to set our intention for this week ahead by thinking:

"Where can we be still in this week? Where can we sink in our roots even deeper?"
