Delighted to chat to Amelia (@Meta.Mother) and hear her expansive wisdom around pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

Meta Mothering is about embodying motherhood from a Higher Perspective - understanding the Butterfly Effect - everything we do impacts the next thing we do.

This School of Meta Mothering is not about shame or victimhood, it’s about choice and sovereignty. There is not one right way and we have to tap in and access our own truth to make the choices that align with it.

Amelia feels that there are so many rules and yet it’s more about unlearning everything we think we know and really listen to what is right for us.

This conversation was expansive! Amelia shares about her incredible freebirthing journey and how at first she bypassed her feelings about her first birth experience. We speak about how there is no shame in our experiences and also that our birth experiences often show the lessons our children come to master.

I share about meeting my son’s soul before he was born and my contrasting birth experiences and how I used Matrix Reimprinting in my healing vbac. (Amelia helps people connect with their spirit baby too!)

I absolutely love talking to people who take radical responsibility for their life experiences - and here we talk about it when it comes to birthing. Protecting our own birth experience and aligning our choices with the birth we know is possible. It’s about knowing that we can create the experience we desire by staying in integrity with ourselves.

I cried when Amelia shared how she changed the experience of her own birth in a ceremony with her mother - so beautiful, we are so powerful!
