    Here for the first time ever on this podcast, we dive into the topic of alcohol. Our conversation comes at the subject from various perspectives, some of which I haven't considered before and I really think this conversation was powerful and a must read for parents.

    Once your eyes open to the influence of alcohol that everyone is under and how society has normalised the regular use of it, you cant unsee it.

    For anyone who drinks alcohol, I recommend this episode as it shines so much awareness on why we may drink it and our behaviours and actions that we continue to justify while using it.  (I share a couple of embarrassing stories!)

    I'm really passionate about Craig's message as he comes from a very neutral and non judgmental space and am so inspired by his journey and his work in helping others become aware of unconscious influence that alcohol may be having on our lives.

    We started our conversation talking about the power of sound and breathwork. Sharon is trained as a Soma Breath Practitioner where you breath in a flowing rhythm to awesome music! She explains scientifically how this can help activate "rest and repair" and how it links to her birth work.
    Sharon wrote a book called 'Heal Your Birth, Heal Your Life' and we speak about how Sharon helped my second son (his first Earth incarnation) and I have the healing birth we needed to have to play our roles in this lifetime. Currently our medicalised and disempowering birthing system is not serving our future generations.  We are co creating the 'New Earth' and in the future, babies will not be born in this system.
    We also talk about the V where we have our own views - please take what resonates but we encourage everyone to do a hell of a lot of research before making a decision.
    I asked Sharon her thoughts about how we can protect our energies at this time especially those of us who are speaking out about this situation and how we can keep our sh1t together and stay in balance.  We speak about spiritual bypassing and how we cannot pretend these injustices and trauma do not exist, we have to integrate our fear. We have to do this work - we have to clear these patterns and old trauma.
    Sharon is offering her new transformation course for practitioners (great for those in the birth world!) called 'The New Human Guide' using the Meta-Clearing Technique. Sharon and Jane have many years of experience in healing trauma.

  • #23 'Man Hating', ex-feminism and respectful co-parenting with Laura Lewis

    Laura Lewis is a writer and poet. She is a soon-to-be Author and fellow unschooling mum.  Laura is on the Soul path of healing and understands the importance of shadow integration.

    In this open chat, we talk about our own feelings about recent events which suggest women are not safe on the streets and should be even more afraid of men.  From such a young age we are bombarded with things that can make us fear - and Laura and myself have very similar thoughts around this subject. This discussion started off over Instagram messenger so I asked Laura if we could take it into a discussion to share.  So much of what we see on the news is fabricated and designed to keep us in fear and divide and when you can see it, you can take a more expanded perspective.  This doesn't mean bypassing injustices in the world, but really looking at the narrative and bigger picture at how what the media says creates more divide and fear, and how we then keep this whole things alive by continuing in fearful, victim-based mentality.

    In our honest discussion we speak about why feminism is now something that doesn't resonate with us. How we see so much divide and demonising of men which is uncomfortable for those of us who want masculine devoted men to lead us and who desire beautiful respectful relationships.  So often women can say they want a certain type of relationship, but (as is our experience) we do not allow it to happen as we continue to take a more masculine and controlling role.  

    This conversation led to talking about relationships where Laura shared about how she healed her toxic abusive relationship with her ex partner to be able to respectfully co parent, and the difference this has made to her life.  This conversation is just like two friends chatting (which is what I always aim for!) and it's really important that you see that we are speaking from our unique individual lenses - so take what resonates, leave the rest.

    Tim Whild is an Ascension and Lightbody teacher.

    Tim talks about his own spiritual journey, discovering Diana Cooper (with whom he co-wrote a book) and shares of his memories of being a High Priest in Atlantis. We created a blueprint in Atlantis which is what our planet are following now during this ascension-experiment form 3D into 5th dimensional consciousness. We discuss the ENORMITY of what is happening currently and how many of our roles are activating.  

    Everything that exists right now, including the school/medical/political systems, have got to adapt in order to survive the higher energies.  I asked Tim about our children and how we can be helping them now.  Our incredible children are coming in with very specific requirements and a huge amount of light and they are here to lead us and help change the world.  

    We talk about the children of Atlantis and how they were not taught, but allowed to gravitate to what they love to do.  Tim explains more about the energies of this time and how we don't have to engage with the "3D movie" we are witnessing unfold.

  • #20 Beliefs about food & Germanic New Medicine with Dr Melissa Sell
    Here I talk to Dr Melissa Sell about some really expansive things!  It was my intention to talk to her about food vs affects on our body - but we got into all sorts of subjects.
    Melissa speaks of her journey being a Chiropractor and former "nutrition preacher", but in recent years has been led to Germanic New Medicine. She shares her own experiences using GNM, how this concept makes so much sense and is where we will be gravitating to in the future.  
    We discuss: 
    Why is it that incredibly healthy people develop cancer? 
    Why can two people follow a "diet" with different results?
    Our beliefs about food determine how the food affects us.  We have to figure out whats right for us.  We KNOW innately - our bodies know what foods and what amount of food is right for us.  We have so many people's voices in our head that we often cannot HEAR our own intuition!  
    I speak about my ongoing experience unschooling food with my children - how I am teaching them to listen to and trust their bodies.  I am having to learn to trust them. 
    We must remember that prohibition; when something is banned, makes something alluring and attractive!  When we make it "bad and naughty" and off-limits, it perverts it.  Don't just give good advice, teach them to make good decisions themselves!  
    Children have a spirit of freedom within them - we all do!  They will rebel against best advice because they don't have the freedom to choose.  The reason why things don't heal is because we believe that we cant heal them. The biggest deception of all time is that our words don't matter.  
    "Everything I eat contributes to my fitness, radiance, youth, beauty and wellbeing - because thats what I've decided!"   
    When we are in alignment we will not crave certain things.  We will revert to nature because we are nature.  School doesn't teach children how powerful their thoughts are.  Teaches that you have to behave or do homework - these things are not important! Words we speak to ourselves all day long is what creates our external world.  
    There is SO much in this convo and at the end I ask Melissa a question regarding inoculation and if we can transmute any harmful effects.  This conversation is magical.  We are alchemists - and if you don't believe in magic, you will never find it!

    Jamie Phillips is a channel, creative and concept artist and I absolutely loved this expansive conversation!    Jamie talks about his passions and his role on the planet right now.  He tells us how he can can access the Akashic Records and channel beings such as Serapis Bay (Ascended Master) and a Reptilian called Treb (also channelled by Rob, The ET Whisperer.)  

    Jamie's knowledge is vast and you can find him on Facebook sharing his info (link below).  He starts by talking about the 144,000 OverSouls and how we are all linked and our conversation is very much about frequency/vibration. Both Jamie and I can "see" the future of this 'New Earth' we are collectively creating and we touch on the subject of narcissism and education and how important it is that we start having these expansive conversations as we seed new and higher consciousness and explore new ideas.  

    The second hour is the most compelling where Jamie goes more into details about how he and his friend Michelle channel much information about the Greys, the hybridisation program and other benevolent beings.  

    We speak about QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) by Dolorus Canon (I share my experience with this), how to know what "truth" is true and also how important it is to live from the heart space. Jamie also shares some personal info at the end ;-)
