This week's episode is a little recap of my trip to Montana and all about the importance of volunteering in your community. I truly believe, "You are the change you wish to see in the world" and I'm all about making a difference. How are you going to make an impact in your community? No act is too small.  Also, life has been crazy busy and I'm a little mentally drained but we're powering through.
