Bobby sits down and talks about the new upcoming functional fitness program mesocycle that will be starting on Nov 18. We will be getting yoked. The off season program will be, in total, 37 weeks which will take us all the way through August. We'll start with a 12 week hypertrophy ("functional bodybuilding"), 8 week tempo, and finish off with a 16 week strength block before we transition into our "in-season" programming.
