In this episode Sofie and Dana discuss the growing interest in spirituality- specifically among young adults. Though this interest has collective benefits, there are themes that are starting to emerge that are concerning. A few examples of this are individuals putting out false information with the help of social media, cheapening the spiritual practice by sharing intimate details to the public, and using spirituality as a lure to attract young women. The list goes on and in this episode we dive deep into this topic since it means so much to the both of us.

The last couple of years have been hard on all of us. And, we’re seeing more and more people turn to spiritual or religious practices to bring meaning to everything that has unfolded in our lives. 

Finding a spiritual or religious practice that works for you can be life changing and fulfilling. But, in this episode we wanted to express to you all that whatever you decide to do, make sure its for you alone and not because an influencer is talking about it on instagram (ie. Trisha Paytas)
