Debbie is a certified life coach, helping women over 40 to embrace midlife and transform their perimenopause and menopause experiences so they can get healthier, reduce symptoms, get stronger, eat with enjoyment, calm their minds, and get a good night's sleep. In addition to coaching, Debbie is host of The Midlife Momentum Podcast and has over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, holding certifications as a yoga teacher, personal trainer and nutrition coach. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her partner and three young-adult children, being active with an awesome group of friends, traveling, cooking vegetarian fare, and cuddling up with a good book and her mini-schnauzer, Xena.
