Michelle Levy is a certified life and soul coach, spiritual guide, Breakup & Divorce Recovery Coach, and transformational creativity facilitator. She’s the former founder of the Canadian gourmet brand Wildly Delicious Preserve Co Ltd., where she spent over 30 years as an entrepreneur, including navigating a five-year legal battle to reclaim her voice and value. Angela Johnson is a Certified Adult Chair Master Coach and entrepreneur. She sees clients of all genders in individual sessions, and specializes in codependency, boundaries, and generational trauma. Cindi DuMond, is no stranger to deep transformation. A former nurse and funeral director turned Certified Adult Chair® Master Coach, Cindi’s story began with a mother’s devotion. When her daughter became chronically ill with a controversial Lyme diagnosis, Cindi walked away from her nursing career to become her full-time caregiver — only to be abandoned by her family during her most vulnerable season.

Alison Beder Solway is a debut author whose work is fueled by her belief that hope is a brave and deliberate decision. As a fitness expert and founder of ABS Fitness, an online platform dedicated to women’s health and empowerment, Alison is passionate about helping women build strength—both inside and out—at any stage of life.

In her memoir, The Miles We Run, she chronicles her deeply personal journey to motherhood through surrogacy and the transformative lessons she gained along the way. In this heartfelt solo episode, I share my recent reflections on grief. From the gut-wrenching experience of losing our beloved dog, Cheyenne, to attending memorials for both a childhood friend and a young child, grief has been surrounding me, and it’s made me think deeply about what it means and how we move through it.

Grief is often painted as pure sadness, but as I talk about in this episode, it’s so much more than that. It’s weird and beautiful, painful and even joyful. It’s rooted in love.
