Jessica investigates the possibility that a recent parolee went to prison for 30 years for a murder he did not commit.  This episode features scenes and extends the plot of a movie called "Strange Bargain" from 1949.  In addition, Harry Morgan, Jeffrey Lynn and Martha Scott all reprise their roles from the original movie.
