EPISODE 17 // Recently, I felt like I was on a carousel π that I couldnβt get off.
My brain felt like ππͺπ‘π‘ π¨π©πππ’ πππππ π; stuck in constant create-mode, even waking me earlier than my body was ready.
I eventually stepped away from the screens, caught my breath, soaked in some sun, attended a few yoga classes, and made my way down into my body again.
I know so many of you feel like youβre stuck on an ever-revolving carousel, so I want to remind you that you arenβt alone AND you have the power to ground yourself right where you are. So, thatβs what weβre going to do.
