Sometimes, I find myself turning to other things to dodge a feeling or a thought. I feel like the fact it's off my mind means it's gone. Lately, I've had some wake up calls showing me this was not the case. The feeling or the problem was quieter while I distracted myself with other things. Today's podcast was a challenge for me to post because I had to sit with some things.
