What does Meditation mean? In the words of Dr. Joe Dispenza, "to know thyself"
Meditation is a mind-body practice. A practice of concentrated focus to increase awareness of the present moment. Simply put, to be present!
 
Meditation is amazing, because it can help you discover in your heart and soul.Meditation can allow you to tap into your subconscious "programming" and change the things you may not like about yourself!
 
How does this work? Well our state of being is how we think and feel. This is reflected through brain waves, and our brain waves can range from hyperactive to slow, relax, and calm allowing us to tap into the unconscious mind!
