Listen, we're human and we all can admit we've fallen into a number of pity party sink holes.

This however doesn't have to be a bad habit.  We actually can be intentional about the ingredients we're mixing into our lives and evaluate if they, when practiced over and over, will actually produce what we desire.

Contrary to popular belief, God wants to fulfill the desires of our hearts and it is part of His design.  Desires aren't inherently good or bad.
