“Love the sinner, hate the sin” is common Christianese, but how do we actually love someone living in rebellion against God? What if it’s a close friend or family member? Do we accept them as they are or excommunicate them?
On today’s podcast, Pastor Jackie is back in the saddle with Pastor Derek to tackle the topic of how Christians should handle other believers living in sin. We dig into how the Bible talks about how we should handle unrepentant sin in our own lives and the lives of others. Our world today screams tolerance of sin so we believe Christians need to be equipped with how to deal with the onslaught of unbiblical world views.

Pastor Drew fills in for Pastor Jackie this week to talk about whether or not all paths lead to God. Is there another way to heaven? What about all of the other religions out there who don't believe the Bible? Could they be right?

"We will not talk about God or religion in this classroom..." A line heard by some in academia and others in the workplace. What do we do with it?
On this episode, we address the question, "How do we share the Gospel in restricted places?" We are told often to not share our religious beliefs in the workplace or at school, but what does the Bible say about sharing our faith? Do we respect the wishes of those in authority over us? Our hope is that as you listen, you grow in a knowledge of God and his Word as well as helping you to see this topic from a biblical framework.

Is Hell an actual place, or just hyperbole? What does Jesus say about Hell?
On this episode, we address the question, "Is Hell literal or figurative?" This question has sparked some debate in recent years and was a youth student's question for us, so we wanted to get to the bottom of what the Scripture actually says regarding Hell, specifically whether or not it is a real place. Our hope is that as you listen, you grow in a knowledge of God and his Word as well as helping you to see this topic from a biblical framework.

Where did infant baptism originate and should we be doing it? Does baptism save? Why does it even matter?
On this episode, we address the question, "What is the right way to baptize?" This question has been debated for a couple thousand years and Christians still can't agree on it. We dig through Scripture to figure out where baptism is mentioned in the Bible, what its purpose is, and how we should be doing it. Our hope is that as you listen, you grow in a knowledge of God and his Word as well as helping you to see this topic from a biblical framework.

What happens in the tragic event that an unborn child dies? What about a young child who doesn't have an understanding of the world? Do we have any assurance of salvation for them?
On this episode, we address the question, "Do babies go to heaven?" This question is a tough one for many because our gut wants to say yes, but what does the Bible actually say about it? We know that Jesus is the way, truth, and life, but if a child doesn't understand, does that still apply? We also discuss the concept of the age of accountability and whether that concept is biblical or not. We also touch on how this applies to those who are mentally disabled. Many doctrines, including infant baptism, were adopted hundreds of years ago because the church has had trouble answering this exact question. Our hope is that as you listen, you grow in a knowledge of God and his Word as well as helping you to see this topic from a biblical framework.

What is the role of women in the church? Does the Bible prescribe women pastors? Does the Scripture about this topic apply to today, or was it just applicable for the early church?
On this episode, we address the question, "Should women serve as pastors?" This question is a dividing factor for many churches and denominations. We've heard all sorts of arguments for why women can or can't serve as pastors, so we break down the Scriptures to see how God orchestrated the church to run and dig into the relationship between family and church functions. Our hope is that as you listen, you grow in a knowledge of God and his Word as well as helping you to see this topic from a biblical framework.
