Listen Later

What is fear like for professional boxers? Is fear different for them than anxiety? What kind of coping strategies do boxers put in place to understand, contrast or even use fear and anxiety?

Natty developed an interesting in boxing whilst serving in the army in UK and after a fulfilling amateur career with 52 bouts, he decided to turn professional last year and he is now preparing for a new fight in London after winning his first one.

In this episode, Natty has shared his view on fear and anxiety in and outside the ring and he talked at length on his coping mechanism to prepare to battle and to command the mind over any flight-or-flight stimulus that might have risen pre or during a bout.
