In today's conversation a good friend of mine, Justin Khor, joins us. Justin won last year's Elkshape Chub Challenge for the scholarship to a camp this last spring. He changed his life over the last few years by losing weight and getting in the best shape of his life, improving his archery game, and creating a legacy for his family. He has found the way to get better in all aspects of life by pushing himself each day to be the best he can. Justin is a truck driver that has not allowed himself to fall into the norm of letting his body fall apart while driving, instead he sees it as a challenge to be more efficient with his time when he is not in the driver's seat of a massive vehicle.
