Acetaminophen disrupts glutathione, our body's master antioxidant. Despite this, it's routinely recommended for pregnant women and children. Recent discussions have highlighted links between acetaminophen and autism—information that's actually been available for decades, yet it's only now entering mainstream conversation.

This pattern isn't new. Remember red dye 40? Information about its potential to cause cancer existed for over 30 years before action was taken. We're seeing the same delay with acetaminophen and a number of other substances our families are exposed to daily.

This isn't about telling anyone what to do. At Connect My Brain, we believe in personal choice and bodily autonomy. What I'm advocating for is your right to have complete information. Whether it's acetaminophen, vaccines, food additives, or any health intervention—you deserve to know what's inside, what the research shows, and what the potential risks are.
