What I love about this episode is how Fred cuts his business intentionally and with a plan. We all hear that if you are not growing you are dying. Fred would disagree. As with the Young Guns, Fred is focused on profitable revenue.  How do you know when the time is right to focus on profits rather than growth? Good question that needs to connect with your goals.
