Alone in a vast and impossibly dark cave (Jeff Stormer), far beneath the surface of the earth, a Scoundrel (James D'Amato) closes his hand around The Ruby of the Deep. He runs his hands of ver the gems many facets, which have not seen light longer than he has been alive. He is weary and weak. He has faced many dangers to claim his prize, traversed terrain more dangerous than any he had trifled with in his past. He has risked everything just to hold the gem. Now he must escape with his life.
