Alicia Berberich, GenX Motivation and Manifesting Coach, joins us to talk about how women can care for
Alicia uses motivation, mindset, and manifesting skills to provide the resources her clients need to move forward with confidence and gusto. And she’ll share many of her insights about these in the episode.
Alicia’s motto is: if you want things to be different, do things differently. She has harnessed this philosophy her entire life, from cutting her own hair as a child (much to her mother’s chagrin) to starting a professional women’s network in San Francisco because the local Chamber of Commerce didn’t have one. She believes each person has the power to create a life full of joy.
Topics covered in the Episode:
Here are three takeaways from the episode:
1. Transitions can be difficult and sometimes when we go to do things differently we forget we have agency to take the step forward. The key is that we’re used to giving but not receiving and it is in the receiving we get our power and agency back.
2. Tools like mindfulness meditation, journaling, and practicing gratitude can help us deal with the intense feelings that can be holding us back.
3. Some of the best ways to identify our Destiny (future self) is to through energy management which brings forward the energy we experienced when we were “in the flow” to carry us through the present.
