Spiritual maturity has nothing to do with age and everything to do with listening to God. We become mature and complete when we listen to God. This listening is at the beginning of prayer. When we listen to God's voice, he keeps us on track. Listening is active in a couple of different ways: 1) We must actively listen to what God is leading us to in life, and 2) we must listen to the Word with our actions, for example by loving each other as He loves us.
