What's up y'all! Here's a supplement update that I shared with our community, and so I wanted to share this information with you.
#1 - Support digestion. Strong digestion means you assimilate your nutrients better, AND it protects you because you can "digest" pathogens before they get to you. We have a great video on digestion here. You'll feel better, with less bloating, more consistent bowel movements, and you'll get sick less often. #2 - Mimic eating animals nose-to-tail. Eating animals nose-to-tail is the best way to become nutrient-sufficient.
