Ingredients
1500 g of russet potatoes
One stick salted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Approximately half a cup of skim milk
Ingredients for rice
2 cups Lumberg organic long grain white California Jasmine
3 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup olive oil
Two pinches of black pepper
1 teaspoon of sea salt
One heaping tablespoon of better than bouillon roasted organic chicken base
Ingredients for the corn
500 g of frozen corn
Two pinches of pepper or to taste
Two or three heaping tablespoons of Bacel vegan margarine
Half a teaspoon of sea salt
Half a teaspoon of garlic powder or to taste
Roasted red peppers
1 Jar of roasted red peppers drained and chopped
olive oil to taste
salt to taste
vinegar to taste
chopped garlic to taste
