Are you exhausted? Cause I am, big time. Here is what I did and will do this week to nurture myself. I think we don't talk enough about the moments when we get too tired, too fatigued, too exhausted...because we make it shameful, we make it mean like we don't love our business enough or that we're not grateful enough.

This is BS. We are humans. We get to have it all. The good and the exhaustion. Contrast always happens. And it always happens for a reason, to help us expand, grow, develop, and become aware.
