We've made it to episode 18 and we have no idea what to talk about! SO, we decided to look up the 4 attachment styles and learn about them in real time. We have noticed a growing interest in the attachment styles on TikTok and other socials. Because of this, we thought it would be fun to see what the hype is about. Attachment styles indicate the way one behaves in partnerships and friendships. They also outline one's insecurities and what they need to feel safe in a relationship.

In this episode we discuss and explore them all, and then decide if we feel as though they are legitimate. (Slight spoiler: we believe astrology is more accurate and defining)
