A cracking day of racing for the boys to preview, as Show Us Your Tips returns to look at metropolitan from Sydney and Melbourne.

The headline is the world’s best sprinter Nature Strip returning to have another crack at the Group 1 Black Caviar Lightning Stakes, on a card that also includes the Group 3 The Vanity, Tony Bourke Memorial, CS Hayes Stakes as well as Listed Elms Handicap and Talindert Stakes.

Quality from the top to the bottom of the card and with plenty of good horses resuming, it sets up the formlines for the weeks ahead.
