We are going to be doing things a little bit differently for the month of October. I had an idea to use this month for myself and others to honor the lives of loved ones we have lost.

I am a big believer in talking about dying, death, and those who have passed. So since I have this space- I wanted to use it to speak the names of the ones we love. To tell the world about them and why they are so special and so damn missed.
