Hello Hikers and New Hikers, here is another topical Hero Session just for you. Melissa, our host, talks to Steve Phillip, Founder of The Jordan Legacy. Steve  certainly wouldn't call himself a hero, not all of them wear capes. We believe he is as he now is using the most challenging time in his life to now campaign for suicide prevention, after losing his son, Jordan, through suicide from mental illness. Steve is an advocate for better mental health and wants there to be significant change so that people don't fall through the cracks like they have been. 

This honest, raw, compassionate and emotional conversation between Melissa and Steve will definitely increase your own knowledge of the topic as well as aiming to open up the discussion.
