3. Owning, allowing and taking responsibility for anger.
4. Naming it using the right language.
5. Feeling and holding space for it.
6. Beginning the process of releasing it.
7. Asking yourself what is driving this anger, is there a reason for it ?
8. Choosing how to react and respond to it. Making a new choice.
